Under the supervision of the Security  Officer, A Security Guard, is responsible for safeguarding a person, building or valuable items. Their primary duties include checking and admitting visitors into a building, patrolling the premises at regular intervals and responding to any distress calls and alarms.

بإشراف مسؤول الأمن، يتولى حارس الأمن مسؤولية حماية الأشخاص أو المباني أو الممتلكات الثمينة. وتشمل مهامه الأساسية التحقق من هوية الزوار والسماح لهم بالدخول إلى المبنى، القيام بدوريات تفقدية في الموقع على فترات منتظمة، والاستجابة لأي نداءات استغاثة أو إنذارات.

Key Responsibilities         المهام الرئيسية                                                                                                                               

• Carrying out security checks on visitors, on arrival using security scanners and other equipment
• Performing luggage checks as required
• Keeping a record of all visitors including the time of arrival and departure
• Monitoring surveillance cameras
• Responding to alarms within the premises
• Patrolling the premises regularly to ensure nothing is out of place in silent hours
• Liaising with law enforcement in the case of suspected or reported criminal activity
• Performing scheduled and random checks of designated areas throughout the facility to check for any security breaches 
• Assisting the maintenance staff in securing an area during a maintenance emergency
• Maintain the daily generator Log sheet
• Inform the Prolog Officer if there are any problems with the generator or fuel for the generator.
• Ensure a secure border around the organization personnel, premises, vehicles and equipment;
• Ensure entrance gate is closed at all times and only opened when DCA staff or visitors request entry.
• Ensure that unauthorized personnel, vehicles, packages or any other      goods are checked to ensure that they do not pose any threat to the organization personnel or property;
• Ensure all visitors from other INGO’s, Suppliers, Government Officials or others sign the visitor’s logbook. 
• After work hours, guards must ensure they always remain alert and conduct regular checks of the property. 
• Once all staff have left the property, ensure all doors, gates and windows are secured.  Security lighting should be turned on so that you can monitor the compound in darkness hours.

إجراء عمليات التفتيش الأمني للزوار عند وصولهم باستخدام أجهزة الفحص الأمني والمعدات الأخرى

تنفيذ فحص الأمتعة عند الحاجة.

تسجيل بيانات جميع الزوار بما في ذلك وقت الوصول والمغادرة.

مراقبة كاميرات المراقبة بشكل مستمر.

الاستجابة للإنذارات داخل الموقع.

القيام بدوريات منتظمة للتأكد من أن كل شيء في مكانه خلال ساعات الهدوء.

التنسيق مع الجهات الأمنية في حال وجود نشاط إجرامي مشتبه به أو مُبلّغ عنه.

إجراء فحوصات مجدولة وعشوائية للمناطق المحددة داخل المنشأة للكشف عن أي خروقات أمنية.

مساعدة فريق الصيانة في تأمين المنطقة خلال حالات الطوارئ الخاصة بالصيانة.

الحفاظ على سجل يومي لتشغيل المولد الكهربائي.

إبلاغ مسؤول اللوجستيات في حال وجود أي مشاكل في المولد أو نقص في الوقود.

ضمان تأمين محيط آمن حول موظفي المنظمة، ومبانيها، ومركباتها، ومعداتها.

التأكد من أن بوابة الدخول مغلقة دائمًا ولا تُفتح إلا عند طلب موظفي المنظمة أو الزوار الدخول.

منع دخول الأشخاص أو المركبات أو الطرود أو البضائع غير المصرح بها إلا بعد التأكد من أنها لا تشكل أي تهديد لموظفي المنظمة أو ممتلكاتها.

التأكد من أن جميع الزوار من المنظمات الدولية الأخرى أو المورّدين أو المسؤولين الحكوميين أو غيرهم، يقومون بتوقيع سجل الزوار.

بعد ساعات العمل، يجب على الحراس البقاء في حالة يقظة دائمة وإجراء جولات تفقدية منتظمة للممتلكات.

بعد مغادرة جميع الموظفين، التأكد من إغلاق جميع الأبواب والبوابات والنوافذ. كما يجب تشغيل الإنارة الأمنية لضمان مراقبة الموقع خلال ساعات الظلام.

 Job Requirements       متطلبات الشاغر                                                                                                                                 

• To be a resident of Raqqa city (Mandatory Criteria)
• Experience as a guard for at least 2 years (Mandatory Criteria)
• Able to read and write in Arabic (Mandatory Criteria)
• Very good verbal communication (Mandatory Criteria)
• Experience in dealing with CCTV systems (Preferred Criteria)
• Knowledge in Firefighting  & first aid (Preferred Criteria)

خبرة في التعامل مع أنظمة المراقبة بالكاميرات (شرط مفضل)

معرفة في مجال مكافحة الحرائق والإسعافات الأولية (شرط مفضل)
