Job overview
As our new ERP IT System Owner, you will step into a pivotal position within our IT department. You’ll be responsible for the technical management of our existing Maconomy centred ERP landscape, while playing a central role in the implementation of a new, integrated ERP solution.
The role is both operational and strategic: You’ll be combining hands-on technical expertise with system ownership responsibilities, and you'll handle ongoing system maintenance, support and vendor coordination, but also help define future system architecture and support the implementation of improved digital workflows across the organisation.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to make an impact in a professional and values-based environment.
Your contribution is appreciated, and your key responsibilities will be:
- Act as the ERP IT System Owner from the IT side, initially for our current Maconomy centred solution, and over time for the planned new, integrated ERP solution
- Participate in the implementation of the new ERP solution
- Maintain close collaboration with the Finance unit and ensure that the solution supports their needs and goals - together with the Product Owner in the Finance unit
- Ensure efficient configuration, operation, troubleshooting, and system improvements – together with the ERP System Administrator in the IT unit
- Coordinate development and maintenance activities in collaboration with internal resources and external suppliers
- Serve as Integration Specialist, maintaining and improving connections between ERP and surrounding systems
- Create overview of the ERP system landscape and help design a more connected future
- Develop and maintain documentation, guides, and system standards together with Finance and IT
Your profile
We assume that you have:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in ERP system management, support and administration - Experience with Maconomy is a plus, but not required
- A solid understanding of system integrations, data flows and operational ERP architecture
- Strong communication skills – acting as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders in Finance and other units
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Business Systems, or related field
- The ability to communicate fluently in Danish and confidently in English
- Experience with system development and IT project management would be an advantage in this role
As a person we expect that you resonate with our purpose and:
- You thrive in a role where structure, technical understanding and collaboration are equally important.
- You have a solid grasp of ERP systems and know how to keep them running – but you’re also motivated by being part of something bigger: building new solutions, improving processes, and contributing to a greater purpose.
- You have a natural authority and take responsibility for progress and quality, while being a team player who contributes to a good working environment.
What we offer
- A meaningful job in a mission-driven organisation that works for global good
- A role where you can influence your tasks, responsibilities and direction
- The opportunity to set new standards for how an ERP solution can support the organisation and its important humanitarian work
- A dynamic workplace in professional transformation – where IT plays a central role
- Skilled, dedicated colleagues in IT, Finance and other units who value collaboration
- Salary based on DCA’s collective agreement
- Flexible working hours
